Return Policy; An item may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase if it is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. Purchase price will be refunded minus what PropaneWarehouse.com paid to ship order. Items may not be returned due to a difference between the item purchased and the item picture.

Shipping Policy; Most orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Tanks, large, and/or heavy orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Orders of multiple tanks may be shipped by a freight carrier. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.
